1. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, currently we charge sales tax to all orders.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments via Paypal.

3. Can I pay by check/money order?

Not at this time.

4. What size should I buy?

Please view the sizing guide tab at the bottom of the page for approximate sizing of all of our garments. All garments inherently vary slightly in sizing from style to style.

5. If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?

No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

6. How should I care for my Playdead clothing?

We recommend air drying items and washing each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle in cool water.

8. How Do You Ship Your Orders?

We ship via Canada Post. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days from receipt by us.

9. How long will it take to receive my order?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to Fedex & Canada Post backups.

10. What if an item is out of stock?

Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.

11. What does (Preorder Only) mean?

These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.

12. Can I return an Item?

13. Is your site secure?

We strive to make your shopping experience as secure as possible. We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information.
